Spoon2 Installation

Existing Kitchen - The Spoon2 system offers total flexibility of installation, and can be incorporated into any existing kitchen with a minimum amount of disruption and delay.

New Equipment - The system can be pre-engineered into new equipment during manufacture. We work with some of the leading names in catering supply ensuring that new equipment is professionally fitted with the Spoon2 system.

Designed to blend into the current aesthetics of the building - the system is designed to be unobtrusive, constructed with materials that blend into the kitchen environment, such as stainless steel piping.

Total Flexibility and Ease of Installation - Spoon2 authorized engineers can install and commission most systems (dependent on design and size) usually within 8 hours, and often during periods of business downtime. The fitting is bespoke to the kitchen environment, sensitive to key business and personnel factors.

Total Flexibility of Nozzle installation - The multi directional swivel nozzles are located to ensure that the entire work surface is covered. The nozzle locations are configured to ensure pin point accuracy resulting in the most effective coverage of critical yet high risk cooking appliances. Spoon2 nozzle locations blend into the aesthetics of the environment and are sited to cause minimum disruption, nuisance or possible injury to persons, or accidental damage to the system rendering it ineffective. Additional nozzles can be added to cover appliances not located under the canopy.

Control Panel - This can be located away from cooking services, or outside the room to compliment existing fire risk strategies. The Spoon2 control panel is tested up to 15m away from cooking hood. Spoon2 is not constrained to having the control panel within x metres of cooking surface for it to be fully functional.
