Maintenance and Cleaning

Accidental Discharge to the System - Routine maintenance of a fire suppression system can be costly in terms of time and money and is greatly reduced with Spoon2 through the absence of pulleys, cables or any moving parts. Hence no expensive call out fees are necessary to re-commission the system.

Accidental Damage - Unlike other fire protection systems our revolutionary design ensures that the risk of damage during cleaning and maintenance is dramatically minimised.

Hygiene - The Spoon2 fire protection and monitoring system is designed to build into the aesthetics of a kitchen environment. Other than detection tubing, all other external parts are either stainless, steel, or brass. These can be cleaned as a normal part of usual cleaning activities without fear of damage to, or discharge of the fire suppression system.

Discharge of the Fire Suppression System - The Spoon2 chemical agent used has a low pH. After discharge the system can be quickly cleaned, reset and the kitchen operational again within a few hours.

A 12 month Full Warranty on all parts and labour (in accordance with our terms and conditions of business) is included as an integral part of the package.

A full Service Level Agreement after the initial 12 months is available to cover all parts, labour and monitoring of equipment and appliances (in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Business).
