Remote Monitoring - Unlike other systems on the market today, the Spoon2 system comes complete with full remote monitoring as an integral part of the package. From our NACOSS Gold Award Alarm Receiving Centre, the system is monitored to ensure it is in a constant "ready to go" status at all times. If the system is installed, it is ready to protect. In the event of a problem, we will know about it first and in real time and an engineer can be dispatched. The customer does not lose their protection at any time.

24/7 - All year round remote monitoring ensuring complete peace of mind, even when the premises are not manned. The customer is notified of any dangerous occurrence, and the response can be tailored to suit individual fire risk and other business strategies.

Pro-active rather than Re-active - By measuring cooking oil temperatures as an integral part of the package, the system can provide an early warning system and notify our clients of any remedial action that needs to be taken in order to avoid a fire from occurring via the 3 stage alarm warning process. At stage 3 of the process i.e. when a fire is imminent we will notify the local fire authority of the impending danger.

Full Report Facility is available that provides key business information to our clients, whether this be alerts when equipment is operating outside of accepted parameters, or current and historical data on equipment or working practises. Business users can therefore analyse critical control points and identify further appropriate action plans accordingly, thus aiding in compliance with Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001), Environmental Management (ISO14001) and/or Food Hygiene (HACCP).

Secure Server Facility - All alarm status are sent to our secure server facility boasting 99.9% uptime. This information is backed up daily at a 2nd independent server at a separate location to ensure full continuity of service and protection for our clients. Information is archived and cannot be amended or tampered with in any way. This ensures accurate records are stored, allowing our clients to obtain "The Real Picture" and base their business decisions accordingly.

Windows based Reporting Software Suite - Using a broadband internet connection, our clients can recover and interrogate both current and historical information sent to our server. A hierarchy of usernames and passwords can be created and controlled by our clients.
