Remote Monitoring - Unlike other systems on the market today, the Spoon2 system comes complete with full remote monitoring as an integral part of the package. From our NACOSS Gold Award Alarm Receiving Centre, the system is monitored to ensure it is in a constant "ready to go" status at all times. If the system is installed, it is ready to protect. In the event of a problem, we will know about it first and in real time and an engineer can be dispatched. The customer does not lose their protection at any time.

The Spoon2 Sp2 Fire Fighting Agent has been developed over years of extensive research ensuring the rapid and total extinguishing of flames and cooling of the oil and surrounding area to help prevent re-ignition. The Sp2 Fire Fighting Agent has a low pH. After discharge the system can be quickly cleaned, reset and the kitchen operational again within a few hours.

Existing Kitchen - The Spoon2 system offers total flexibility of installation, and can be incorporated into any existing kitchen with a minimum amount of disruption and delay. New Equipment - The system can be pre-engineered into new equipment during manufacture. Accidental Discharge to the System - Routine maintenance of a fire suppression system can be costly in terms of time and money and is greatly reduced with Spoon2 through the absence of pulleys, cables or any moving parts. Hence no expensive call out fees are necessary to re-commission the system.
